Co-UDlabs partners met for the final General Assembly of the project!
The last Co-UDlabs General Assembly took place on 2-3 December 2024 in Gelsenkirchen (Germany), hosted by Co-UDlabs partner, IKT.
With the project ending in April 2025, the meeting was the last General Assembly of the project. Partners discussed the current status of project implementation and agreed on next steps and main activities to be implemented in the final months, with presentations clearly demonstrating that the project is progressing well and that partners are committed and motivated to finalise all the project’s activities successfully.
Some of the activities that are planned in the final months of the project include:
- The finalization of all Transnational Access projects currently ongoing at partners Research Infrastructures
- The organization of two webinars, which are planned in January (see more details here)
- The organization of an online workshop dedicated to UD industry professional & practitioners in early March
- The organization of a final infoday in Brussels at the end of March
- The participation in several external events for dissemination of project results (EGU25, UDM 2025 and SWIG 2025)
- The publication of project results in several scientific and technical journals
- The further development of the UDRAIN network as a legacy of the project
Beyond the fruitful scientific and technical discussions, partners had the opportunity to visit the IKT research facilities on Monday morning. They also enjoyed the visit of a Christmas and medieval market, followed by a dinner all together at the end of the day.
Co-UDlabs partners will meet again in March 2025 in Brussels, on the occasion of the final infoday.
