Co-UDlabs Webinar: 2nd call for TA proposals

Co-UDlabs is a Horizon 2020 and INFRAIA project that for the past two years has developed several joint research, training, and networking activities, and has also offered free-of-charge access to 17 urban drainage research installations and facilities in 7 European research institutions in the framework of its Transnational Access (TA) programme. Co-UDlabs will soon open its 2nd global call for TA proposals, and we are organising a series of events to promote this new collaboration and mutual learning opportunity.

If you are interested in the opportunities offered by our Transnational Access programme, don’t miss our webinar on Tuesday, June 20, 2023 at 10:30 CEST! During this one-hour session, Jose Anta Álvarez (Universidade da Coruña), Co-UDlabs coordinator, will briefly introduce the Co-UDlabs project and its research facilities and will provide useful information on the submission, selection, and implementation process of the 2nd call for TA proposals.

Co-UDlabs’ TA call will open officially on July 3, 2023, at a launch event we are organising within the Novatech 2023 international conference. You can find our Workshop in the conference’s programme, and you can already register to attend.

Co-UDlabs will also organise a Hackathon event in September 2023, in which potential applicants to the TA call will be able to present their early ideas, seek partnerships with other institutions and user-groups, and receive feedback on their experimental proposals. Our website also hosts an Ideas Marketplace in which you can share ideas, look for team-mates and support, and be in touch with our facility providers.

In its first TA call, Co-UDlabs has already welcomed 13 research proposals for about 640 days of active work at our installations by 60 participating institutions from 19 different countries. We look forward to working with an even more diverse community and establish our research infrastructure as a key opportunity to make innovative and ground-breaking research on urban drainage.
